- Assessed CEMS/HAWA infrastructure and target migration requirements.
- Designed target architecture using enterprise server hardware and Proxmox VE.
- Planned Windows Server virtual machines for the HAWA environment.
- Integrated Proxmox Backup Server for VM backup and long-term retention.
- Designed improved network separation using a dedicated OT firewall.
- Planned fiber rerouting and resplicing work.
- Prepared technical specification, BoQ, Scope of Work, procurement, maintenance, handover, and acceptance requirements.
- Considered KLHK compliance and future HAWA Version 2 readiness.
